How do I make Line 3 on all phones in my office ring when a call comes to our main number?

  1. Log into the NMS UI and create as many user devices as needed belonging to one user (the user assigned to the main DID) via Connections --> User Devices --> Add Device.  If your user is called "mainline", one easy to keep track is to call the devices mainline-a, mainline-b, mainline-c and so on.
  2. Log into the NDP UI and provision these user devices to a line 3 on all of the physical devices (phones) through the NDP.
  3. Use either the NMS UI or the Office Manager Portal to set up a simultaneous ring for the original user (the one that is routed to from the Main DID in the DID Table)
