A particular user can forward their devices based on the time of day by setting it up as follows:

• In the NMS go to Configuration --> Users 

• Click on Show Features for the user you wish to apply time of day forwarding

• Click Add Feature

• Fill in the hours you wish to apply for Time of Day.  Keep in mind that if the time of day duration crosses two days, e.g. 6p-8a, you will have to create two forward rules.  One for 18:00-23:59 and one for 00:00 to 08:00
• This feature can also be used to forward to specific messages based on time of day as well
