Quick Tour
The SNAPsolution application
provides an intuitive user interface for setting up and managing your
SNAPsoftware.

The
Menu Bar gives you quick access to the commands you need to perform a range of
activities.

The
Page Panel provides a robust viewing area that puts application configuration
and management at your fingertips. When you select a command from a menu, the
page associated with the command appears here.

The
Footer contains buttons that can be used with the page displayed in the Page
Panel. The buttons that appear vary depending on the page displayed. Some
pages, like the System Status page, may also show the server’s name and IP
address in the footer.

To facilitate readability, most screens that appear in
the Page Panel have their information organized in columns. In addition, some
screens let you sort data in ascending or descending order by clicking the
column header.
System Status Page
The first time you start the SNAPsolution application, the System Status page
appears. You can also display this page by clicking the Status command in the System
menu.
The System Status page shows the current system status.
The information is divided into two areas in the Page Panel.

Status shows the general status of the system
- Active
Calls shows the calls that the system is currently handling

(how long the phone rang before the call was answered or hung up), in year,
month, day, hour, minute, and second.

Answer Time
|
The time when the call was
answered, in year, month, day, hour, minute, and second.

Control
|
Provides a Terminate link for ending the call.
|
Logging Out
When you finish using
SNAPsolution, use the following procedure to log out of the application.
- Click
the Logout menu. This is the
rightmost menu in the menu bar
